REALLOS began in 2010 with a single villa above Uluwatu’s cliffs and a short list of buyers who wanted something the open market could not offer — privacy, judgement, and time. Fifteen years on, very little has changed. We are still small by design.
Our work spans the southern coast of Bali, from the cliffs of Uluwatu to the quiet rice fields beyond Pererenan. We know every property we list, because we have stood in each of them at first light.

We hold a dozen villas at a time. Scarcity is not a tactic; it is how we keep our attention on each house and each client.

A property earns its place in the collection through the quality of its design, light, and setting — never through price alone.

Most of what we represent is never publicly listed. We move between a small circle of buyers, sellers, and architects we trust.
