Yes. While direct freehold land ownership by foreigners is restricted under Indonesian law, we structure ownership through an Indonesian company (PT PMA) or a long-lease arrangement (Hak Pakai) that is fully compliant and routinely used by our overseas buyers. We handle the entire legal process.
